Toilet was plugged, we were changed room, we were downgraded, we paid for 2 queen beds and down sized to 2 doubles and told they were not going to charge us. Why should they, if anything, we should have gotten a refund. I marked on our reservation no feather pillows due to severe allergies, feathered pillows, called them to inform that we needed different pillows and told that's all they had. Amenities are crap, apparently they have microwaves and blow dryers in the rooms: nope. The rooms are completely filthy and alot of damage. In our first room for 3 adults, only 2 towels, a 5ml bottle of shampoo....for 3 people...same in the second room. I would give a negative rating if i can because even a zero star would be too generous.
