It's exactly what you pay for. Where else can you stay in NYC for this price? The bed was very uncomfortable and the provided sheet left me freezing through out the night...Other than that, it's a roof over your head for a great price.

It was absolutely disgusting. Body fluids on the bedsheets and pillow cases, the bathrooms was so disgusting and looked like a prison. When i got new bedsheets they also had body fluid stains. I left and slept outside the theater with my friends while they waited for rush tickets.. i felt more safe outside the theater than that hostel.

It has been a great experience and stay in this place. The place is central and easily accessible, the workers of the place were always very friendly and courteous. The treatment by the staff has been the best, I highly recommend it.

It's cheap which is excellent for a college student who visits NY for a one night stand or for anybody, who wants to save money. However the conditions for cheap payment comes with poor quality.

It's a good place, for the price it's great you share a room with only one person and people that work here are chilled and leave you alone, you don't have to pay a fee for the deposit. Nice thing is that you have the bath and shower room to your self and it is not like other places where there are 3 showers in one room. It's not a luxury 7star place but it's been my favorite budget place in NYC so far

they over booked so we were told to sleep in the lobby or go somewhere else at 1am. The lobby already had 3 people sleeping in it and it was a tiny closet like room. No refunds for their mistakes either
