Lisbon Serviced Apartments Baixa Castelo

Very nice except for the smells coming from the bathroom.

This apartment was such a find for us, a party of 4. Wonderful old building renovated to a very high standard. Terrific location and a supermarket right next door. We have never had a virtual concierge before, but everything went smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great part of town and apartment is good. One big drawback is that despite repeated emails and messages we weren’t given instructions on how to access the building or apartment until a couple of hours before arrival. They do not have a representative meet guests it is all done by access code. This system is not explained when you book and is frankly an added stress no one needs. Many people who are travelling from overseas don’t have access to wifi and phone calls in counties they are travelling in and rely on the free wifi access in their accommodation. If you have checked out of one place and lose your wifi access it is stressful to head of to another location without knowing if you will be able to get in and all is ok with your booking. This system simply doesn’t work!

We stayed for 6Nights . Great apartment providing home away from home facilities and a tranquil space to unwind after a day of walking and exploring. We didn't have a view or balcony but not an issue for us. Their is a virtual reception, easy and quick response never an issue always available and helpful. Loved that a most of the area around the Apartment was flat and that the building had a lift making it easy with luggage. The only negatives for us was the intermittent smellIn our room, not sure if it is a Lisbon issue as we noticed the smell in certain areas. Rectified by buying air freshener and opening windows. Bedding comfortable but pillows small and not so comfortable. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Spacious apartment in good area. Lisbon is a great city.
