I had an issue and had to find a room for my daughter and myself at 2 AM. They were beyond nice enough to keep me in the same suite (big space) that I had booked for the remainder of my stay so I didn’t need to move our luggage. We had the family room, mezzanine suite. My daughter kept saying how comfortable the pullout sofa mattress was and it was nice that we each had our own space on two different levels. The breakfast buffet was wonderful daily and the pool area outside had more than enough lounge chairs that I never saw anyone looking for somewhere to sit. I would stay at this place over and over again and make sure to visit the spa next time. It looked very relaxing! The view from the balcony was stunning daily!!!

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff (front desk, house keeping and especially at the breakfast buffet/restaurant) is amazing and very attentive. The location is well maintained and beautiful. I also enjoyed the large pool and spa area multiple times. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel was very well run. Plenty of helpful staff, most with good English. Breakfast offered a good choice. Spa facilities were very good, nice pool, sauna etc. Golf course was in ok condition and not crowded in the afternoons. All in all we had a very nice stay and would certainly go again.

Unfortunately Night 1 - A/C was found not to work in our suite, so we changed rooms to a nice upgraded roomwith a beautiful mezzanine bedroom located on the opposite wing of property. Unfortunatey we found that the A/C in this room also did not work, and being that it was out of the daily afternoon sun it didn't get quite as hot. We chose not to move and reported it on check out. The staff was wonderful, we had to leave at 3:00am to catch a flight, and the wonderful young man was nice enough to turn on the coffee machine just so I could take a coffee with me. The only other complaint I have was the number of children (mostly toddlers) that were running around. There wasn't a moment you could enjoy the pool or go for a meal without hearing screaming kids or kids running around. Over all, I would absolutely go back, I would just want to be assured of working A/C as well as pick a better time (if there is one?) where there are less children (My baby days are well beind me.)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with kids. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the food was delicious.
