Terrible place, rooms don't match the pictures
The hotel rooms don't resemble the photos shown online. The room was dirty. The bedsheets were torn and stained. The faucet was broken and the bathroom door was not closing properly. We booked for three days but checked out after seeing the room in 15 minutes.

The beds are soft and very comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. But they didn't clear the rubbish when they cleaned the room.

AC and wifi not good
The room itself was nicely decorated, but AC was terrible. You could feel cold air if you stood right under it, but not powerful enough to make the room cool whatsoever. Also wifi signal was horrible - it wasn’t a direct password, but one where you had to sign in with a username and password. Very annoying as it signed you out constantly. The whole night it said I had full wifi signal but nothing loaded. Finally, the sheets and pillowcases were very worn. Noticeable pilling on the fabric, did not feel fresh or clean at all

Everything was quite good with this place. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. It is a very basic accommodation - nothing fancy, but clean. Only real downside was poor water pressure in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I wish the hotel had an elevator since we had a lot of bags, but over-all the stay was great.

New building!!
Reasonable Price! Really white colour building looks so cleanliness. I stayed first floor but if I got upstairs floor it might be angry, because no elevator. But so kind staffs and really cozy.
little bit far from the main gate but i like that cuz quiet and felt traditional things.

Room looks nice enough but the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are too thin. Asked for extra pillows and was told they didn't have any. TV didn't work in the room so somone came to look at it and said they'd fix it tomorrow. Had to ask again the next evening and they gave us a new one. The bathroom is more of wetroom so the water goes everywhere. Only given one bath towel for two of us. Aircon very poor. Cheap room though so I guess you get what you pay for. Nice staff and good location to see everything in Chiang Mai.

Close to everything
Stayed three nights at this hotel. It is just outside the old city and it is very easy to get just about anywhere very quickly. The staff were friendly and gave good advice on how to get places. Room was nice and clean and the bed pretty comfortable (keeping in mind beds in Thailand are always hard). We had a king bed in our room. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Chiang mai

Clean, good location, basic, handy city stay.
The hotel is basic and comfortable. The beds have a soft matress (not the awful rock hard oens you find throughout asia) however the pillows were like bricks! It was clean and fine for a city stay when you want basic / clean / cheap. However, the noise from other rooms was quite loud and woke us up / kept us awake and they were only talking and moving around the room. The main staff on reception were great with helping with our booking. However, in the morning there was a younger girl on reception and we asked her to book us a taxi and she hadnt actually booked us one, causing us to be late to a wedding. But, we got there in the end. Just check that taxis are actually booked! It says there is a free shuttle bus from the airport, but when i asked to arrange it, we were told to book a taxi. Also - when the hotel book you taxis - be aware they are 3 times more expensive (better to book an Uber)!!

Good price, decent location
Pros: Location was pretty good, onsite motorbike rental was good, staff was helpful and friendly, modern, cheap.
Cons: Our room was never cleaned during our five night stay even though we requested it after our second and third night. Wifi did not work the first night, but they fixed it and it worked fine the rest if the stay.

Good location, good staffs and good for the price
The hotel' s location is good right in the city centre of Chiang mai and it would be better if you don' t have your car, so you can walk around the old city easily without worrying about the parking when you get back to the hotel. However, the staff are friendly and big help, they even write my name on a paper and reserve parking for me.^_^
As said, the location is good, so there are many restaurants and food shops around night and day...
