Worst stay in boise
“B” who works the night desk was very unprofessional and downright rude. I unable to check in after having a booking through this account in my name, booking in my name, and card in my name; and refused check in due to my partner having an expired id which we been waiting on in the mail (he said this was industry standard nor specific to the location). I tired to explain to B that we had drove from the middle of wyoming for 11 hours and just needed a place to sleep to get back on the road to california but he would hear it and got rude when i explained we never experienced such a requirement in any state or rental option we’ve been to and that all necessary info was in my name, and we were both over 21. B refused a refund and went back to watching tv and eating in the lobby which he was doing before i walked in. I called the next day to to speak to management (A) and they told me that the id requirement is location policy (its not on the property policies section on here or posted in their lobby) and was told that it is known that B is very rude to customers (so dont be shocked if you receive the same treatment). I wouldnt even look at this place as an option, pay a couple more dollars and go to a place that wont give a headache at 11pm after driving the whole day.
