Average Stay with Great Elements
We have stayed at Studio 8 before about 5 years ago and we gave it a higher rating because everything was excellent. However, our lower rating this time was due to having a smaller room, buckled floating floor boards likely due to past water damage, reporting a nonfunctional phone that wasn’t rectified in the 4 days we were there, an uncomfortable bed, hit and miss wifi, and an average tasting hot drink at the free coffee bar at reception. Having said that, the general desk service was good, the shared amenities still fabulous, a great view from our balcony, daily housekeeping, and great location with a shopping centre and restaurants across the road with lots of available public transport.

Excellent Adults only Hotel
Fabulous hotel with exceptional facilities and great staff. Lovely comfortable rooms kept in tip top condition. Ideal location with Top Ryde Shopping Centre right opposite and buses to the City round the corner.

Other then the first lovely lady that check us in they really need to work on their receptions the rest of them were quite lacking, overall rating 6, nice Amal room but dirty kitchen downstairs and rooftop and the mostly poor service as mentioned.
