Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved.

Pousada tem de melhorar muito.
A pousada é pequena. O estacionamento é a duas ruas da pousada. Então, o hóspede tem sempre que deixar a chave do carro com o atendente a pousada. O quarto para quatro pessoas é apertado. Ficamos só uma noite e eu tive que matar no mínimo uns vinte pernilongos para poder dormir. Quando o hóspede chega com as malas tem que subir uma escadaria para colocar as malas no quarto, porque ninguém se prontifica a ajudar a levar as malas. No meu quarto nem havia a capa da maçaneta da porta e as tomadas estavam com defeito. O café da manhã é até às dez horas. Eu presenciei, por volta das 9h30m, uma mulher que acredito ser a chefe da cozinha dizendo para outra funcionária que não servidora mais pão de queijo porque estava próximo do fim do café da manhã. A piscina que aparece nas imagens como se fosse enorme, na verdade é pequena. Enfim, a estadia foi muito cara para uma pousada muito simples e com diversos problemas.

Pousada boa, colchão horrível
A estrutura é boa e estava bem limpo. Construção nova, quarto pequeno mas espaço bem aproveitado, com armário espaçoso. Área de laser é boa, tem bar na piscina. Única coisa ruim é que o colchão era terrível. Muito duro, parecia que estava deitada numa placa de madeira, meu corpo ficou todo dolorido, foi o pior colchão que já deitei na vida. Não pedimos para trocar de quarto porque era só uma noite, mas de manhã nos arrependemos de não ter trocado, pq não dormimos nada e saímos de viagem por 12h na estrada. Fiquei no quarto 202 e espero que os outros quartos tenham colchões melhores. Se tiver, vale a pena se hospedar, se não tiver, definitivamente, nada compensa uma noite dormida na madeira

Excelente estadia em Cabo Frio.
Muito boa localização. Acomodação ótima (os colchões poderiam ser um pouco mais macios). Limpeza e cordialidade dos funcionários também foram ponto alto. O único porém é que o estacionamento fica a duas quadras do hotel, mas um funcionário leva e traz o carro. Acabamos deixando o carro na frente do hotel quase todo o tempo pois sempre tinha vaga e o lugar é tranquilo.

Perfeita no que eu estava procurando. Bem perto da praia, mas a Pousada em si já tinha um excelente piscina. Funcionários educados e solícitos, quarto limpo e impecável, boas instalações, café da manhã com qualidade e bastante opções. Preços do frigobar justos. Certamente voltarei ano que vem novamente nas minhas férias, mas vou ficar mais tempo.

Uma dos melhores locais que já fiquei, melhor do que muitos hoteis. Funcionários excepcionais, limpeza dos quartos impecável e ambiente espaçoso, café da manhã bem servido.
