Very Excellent, super clean rooms, good size room with plenty of space, the staff I will give them 1,000 stars they were very excellent from the check in time to check out time the whole staff works very hard to make your stay just like home. Amazing breakfast and hot every morning with great coffee, the overall stay is the best we had I would recommend this hotel to anyone that ask for a excellent 5 star hotel, very close to everything and all attractions.

I recommend it. Really good price for being close to seaworld

6/10 Good

The hotel was clean and good stay for the money. The breakfast area is way too small. The worst thing was having to pay to park. I don't believe that you should have to pay to park if your staying at the hotel.

8/10 Very good

Staff was super nice. Room was ready 2 hours early which was nice. Breakfast was amazing and free. Room was exactly as we needed and smelled clean. The only huge letdown was the pool. I was looking forward to relaxing before the concert and couldn't. The mold......it's all over the rim of the pool. We were actually really grossed out with the upkeep and got out of the water. Another couple staying at this location also stated they wouldn't even put their feet in due to the mold being so bad.

A very good location for seaworld and aquatics. Also great shopping outlet a few minutes away. Liked that there was free coffee available at reception and room was nice and clean. Kids loved the pool after an evening shopping and a few beers later for the adults.

10/10 Exceptional

We arrived early evening to find the hotel had lost power secondary to a bad storm. The staff at the front desk was very kind and compassionate. They offered us a positive outlook that the power was to be back on by later that evening. They upgraded our room to a downstairs suite and gave us water bottle and snack. We left to go eat dinner and arrived back to returned power. Thank you for taking good care of us. This was just an overnight stay for us on our travels.
