Giovanni was very helpful as we were not sure how to operate the washing machine. Eliza was fantastic in helping us to order fresh fried eggs and omelette during breakfast throughout our stay. Both did their best with exceptional service. Quiet area but good for getting grocery and mall is nearby for shopping.

Reasonably well located. Close to a large shopping mall, 15 minute walk from the Hauptbahhof. Breakfast was pricey for what it was, however that appears to be the norm these days (around $40AUD, 25EUR). I was advised there was a discount to the breakfast if booked the day before, but apparently that was only if booked at check in - so there was a miscommunication.

Fantastic hotel. The room was pretty big, which apparently is rare for Frankfurt. Staff was exceptional at all times. Rooms were modern with lots of amenities. Small kitchenette with tea kettle and coffee maker. Location was good. Close to the main train station and right next to a big shopping mall with a nice rooftop restaurant.
