The staff was amazing and very friendly. Provided lots of good tips for the city to enhance our trip. The hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available but we did not purchase so can't comment. Good location, walkable to most sites but also one block away from the tram station so very easy to access.

Such a cozy hotel! You feel right at home and the staff is so sweet. It is a small hotel, so it is not over-crowded. The bed was soft with great pillows and the room overall was clean and inviting. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay at Charité! The hotel is basic but comfortable. Good mattress, powerful shower, effective air con and quiet rooms. Reception were super friendly (we spoke with 4 different individuals across our stay, all great) and the coffee was appreciated! The hotel was an excellent location for us and we walked most places. Would stay again!

I loved this hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing. Located just a block or two from shopping and the hotel has its own parking garage. Rooms have AC and the front desk has someone at it at all times. Staff was great and recommended things to do and how to get to them like the cathedral at the top of the hill overlooking the city of Lyon.

Nice hotel with good breakfast - close to the railway station and centre of the city. Good eating places nearby.

10/10 Exceptional

This was a nice little hotel, located very near 1 of the main transport hubs in the city and meant all the interesting spots were easily accessible. Our room (No.8) was very small however that didn’t detract from our stay. Room and hotel had great cleanliness. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel supplied gluten free bread for my partner which was helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
