Ett charmigt lagom stort hotell med det mesta du kan önska. Perfekt beläget mitt i backen, ski in/out. Troligtvis säsongsarbetare i restauranten då bemötande och kunskap har utvecklingpotential (matchar inte prisbilden). Kommer troligtvis tillbaks.

På ett hotell som detta förväntar man sig som gäst en toppen trevlig personal,serviceminded o som ger det lilla extra. Den yngre personalen skulle behöva lite mer servicekänsla, faktakunskap o förmåga att få oss att känna oss hjälpta o nöjda med svar. Tex i restaurangen vid frågor om mat o dryck el i spa avd. Lite nonchalant el oerfaren kändes det som även vid frukosten. Komforten/möblerna på rummen var av lite blandad standard o stil. Spa avd hade behövt mer underhåll och uppsyn då det blev lite ofräscht på kvällen o bullelpoolen skulle behövt lite kärlek. Möjligheten att låsa skidor i skidrummet samt att hållarna inte fungerar på moderna all mountain skidor, det var förövrigt ett välplanerat och rymligt utrymme med pjäxtork och direkt access till backen.

Enkel standard på rum men på plussidan finns tekokare, kaffemaskin och liten kyl på eummet. Frukost ok. pålägget hade nog legat framme dagen innan också. Skivorna såg reåkiga och torra ut. Middag i restaurangen hade få val. Ganska dyrt.
