The hotel was pretty much exactly what you see in the pictures and description—no surprises. The room and overall space are quite small, and the pool is tiny, more for dipping than swimming. That said, the location is ideal, close to everything we needed. The real standout was the staff—friendly, helpful, and genuinely the best part of the stay.

Excellent hotel within the walled city, and the staff is wonderful! I recommend booking one of the deluxe rooms with a balcony, definitely worth it in my opinion. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Jessica and Milagro. They were very friendly and worked with our airport transportation to adjust our pickup time. Jessica provided numerous restaurant recommendations tailored to my preferences. Breakfast was fresh fruit and eggs perpared to order. Room was simple but comfortable and clean with an in room frig and AC! I felt safe, taken care of, and very comfortable staying here!
