1. Cleanliness. Room is generally not that clean like the dirty kettle, cups with hair and lipstick stain. Scraps can be seen in the hallway. The location is ok, lobby is dark and untidy plus no WiFi. Staff are ok. The bed is comfortable.No hanging in the bathroom.
