They tried to give us a filthy room at first. Disgusting, had to pay to upgrade to a better room. Still was disappointed in room. Would not recommend this place.

The place was so dirty and unhygienic. There was bad smell in the room and in reception area. No service phones. Limited personal use supplies. Dirty and worn out towels. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

6/10 Good

Last minute stay, grateful for the room, great amenities, bar fridge & microwave in room. Quality is average to poor, room is well used, visible surface clean but dust bunnies under the bed, towel fell on the bathroom floor and it was visibly dirty. 30$/hour for late check out, we left on time but reception came by to ask if we could leave earlier- I should have asked for a 30$/hour refund to leave early! Overall- happy for a place since all was sold out.

2/10 Poor

Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Expedia needs to ban this place. No heat, exposed wiring, exposed plumbing, the door didn't close properly, the lamp was broken, missing light bulbs in bathroom, broken tv remote, burn holes in the sheets, the floors have never been washed, dead flies and bugs all over, old dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, most of the furniture was broken (missing drawers, busted table legs, etc). Electrical burn marks on what appeared to be a bathroom fan (it didn't work anyway). $130 for the night was straight up robbery. Reported to the city, they shouldn't have a licence to operate.

I travel a lot and this is one of the absolute worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything broken, dirty, just a disaster. Sheets dirty and not changed since the last guests. Even the toilet seat was broken and worn out ! This was the cheapest hotels on Expedia in Sault Saint Marie and I can see why after staying. Maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and in an old guy.
