Lovely place to stay. Very convenient for families. Only negative was the tent city set up in the playground next door. Overall great stay.

6/10 Good

Not perfect but practical
Good: -The location is great. It's close to all the main areas and best places in Charlottetown. -The staffs work hard and are generally friendly and kind. -if you need kitchen supplies, you can ask the front counter staff, and they'll give you a box full of pots, dishes, and cutlery that you can borrow. Not-so-good: -No fan or ventilator in the bathroom, so it gets humid. -The toilet was already clogged when we checked in, and there were no blankets, but the front counter staff disappeared after checking us in, and we couldn't get a hold of anyone. (We checked in late due to flight schedule.) We called the number listed on directory, but it went to voicemail, so we were cold all night and had to ask for blankets the next morning. -The bedframes stick out, so it's easy to bump into it while passing. -the rooms are generally clean, but i spotted long hair on bed that didnt belong to us.

Only gave a 2 star for communication. Had requested a room on the first floor near the check in because my wife and I have mobility issues. They gave us a room a fair distance from the office which meant a longer walk. We tried to get this changed but we’re told they couldn’t do anything. This makes for poor communication. People with children were put in close rooms.

It has a kitchen with an oven but you have to request kitchen equipment, when this was obtained there was amongst other things, one knive, two different sized frying pans(skillets), one very large saucepan without a lid, nonorwooden spoon or fish slice

We were really impressed with this property. The staff were friendly, accommodating, efficient and more than willing to assist us in any way they could. The continental breakfast was abundant, tasty and refilled promptly. We would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you

Location is great! Many things within walking distance and easy parking. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was great for adult and two teen girls. Accommodations were basic, but clean. Air conditioning, good shower and comfortable beds. We stayed on 2nd floor and would request top floor (3rd) next visit to avoid the overhead noise of kids running back and forth. We had two super nights, but third was noisy. Nice that continental breakfast was included, but room is very small and crowded, even if just going to grab things to take away. Maybe try going first thing to avoid crowd? Overall, great budget friendly option that is basic, but has everything you need. Would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to downtown and harbour. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited to cereal, toast and bagels…could have added some fruit (other than a couple of apples), yogurt, boiled eggs. Unfortunately it was difficult to get to due to road construction. I would stay again.

I did not realize this property was a dorm room. The staff was friendly. The road to get here was under construction so parking and getting to the facility was challenging. Construction made loading and unloading your car difficult. The laundry rooms were not available from 8am-4pm and cost $4 a load to wash and dry. The room consisted of a galley kitchen with two bedrooms and a bathroom. No couch so just good for sleeping. Each floor had a commons room but after a day exploring the area, who wants to relax with a floor full of strangers? It was located so you could walk downtown.

There were a lot of appliances and all but nothing worked which was pretty annoying...for anything we needed, we had to go all over to thw front desk as no electronic devices worked.

Easy parking and check in. Excellent location close to everything. We walked to many attractions including Charlottetown Wharf with free park, playground and pool, historical homes, Governor’s House, Cow’s ice cream, Art Museum, Victoria Row. Our rooms - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, eat in full kitchen were so clean! I could see a reflection on the floor it was so clean & shiny. Good assortment & plenty of food for breakfast. This is THE place to stay.
