Reliable accommodation with great staff
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The Queensland villa was basic but had everything you could need and staff were helpful when we couldn’t find a clothes airer to dry swimmers. Kids had a great time in the pool and I was impressed that it had a shade cloth for those sunny afternoons.

We have stated this property many times always to our satisfaction this time, however completely not satisfied . Due to we got there on Thursday night it was lovely check-in but Friday we discovered that our spa that we had did not Work we notified the property who in return said they caught and couldn't help us which was not good at all, then the washing machine didn't work the blind and only half came up Unfortunately our place that we absolutely love to go to and relax will no longer be our go to place

Accommodation is tired and issues with broken door lock, dryer, rangehood & no lighter/matches to use cooktop and oven when arrived late & needing to cook children dinner, all caused inconveniences.
