Not Great, but good and would go again
The room was nice. I especially liked the size of the bathroom. The staff were friendly and when they were available, they were great. Sometimes it took a while to get service in the restaurants and at the pool, and other times they were on it. The Asian restaurant was good, but the others we tried were just okay. We eat a plant-based diet and only the Asian restaurant had multiple options. The others seemed to rely on one choice. When we asked for something customized from the menu, they were usually agreeable, which was nice. We enjoyed the Preferred experience, except that they let guests bring Bluetooth speakers to the quiet pool. Most nice resorts do not allow that anymore. I mean if everyone brought a speaker playing their own music, with alcohol flowing, fighting would most likely follow. The spa area looked nice, but female attendants leisurely walked into the men’s dressing room with no announcement to their presence. If this was flipped the other way (males going into a female dressing room) it would never be tolerated.

The property is nice, the food and drinks are average, you can not swim on the beach and it is far away from the main area of Cabo San Lucas. It is a Hyatt property and there are nice areas that you can not access unless you are a premiere Hyatt member. The spa was good.

Disappointing First Secrets All-Incl. Experience
This is my first all-inclusive hotel experience and truth be told, i was quite dissapointed. Food at Secrets Los Cabos was mediocre to be generous. I tried the Italian, the Mexican and the Seafood (this is the worst, despite the best view). Probably won't book another all-inclusive for some time. Best food is breakfast at Market Cafe with great varieties of selections.
