We had a great time. The shuttle to and from the parks was perfect for us. The resort needs some upgrades. Like paint and new carpets. I own a cleaning service and for the most part it was clean but didn’t smell clean and fresh like a resort should. I would probably stay again just for the convenience of restaurants, Starbucks, lazy river and the pools.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. I couldn’t believe we had to pay for parking. The them was cute but I couldn’t believe the soap and shampoo was such an awful brand for the price of the hotel.
