This service apartment is perfect for any type of travellers, it offers great service for example when we forgot our umbrella the staff let us borrow some. The room is massive yet it is clean. Some minor issues was that the fan in the main room was not working and that in the morning, the main bathroom had a sewage-like smell which was unpleasant.

A lovely residence in central KLCC location. A short walk from all the hustle and bustle. Only critique was that the Breakfast options were a bit limited (black tea and coffee only included) and only rich, savoury meal options which felt quite restrictive. Pool and gym facilities were great though. I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent stay. Check in process (especially if you are driving in) was a breeze. Front gate staff gave clear instructions on where to go and what to expect during the process.
