Horrible experience starting with the checkin. After writing to them without an answer for an early checkin, i arrive at the hotel at 7 AM with a 5yo after more than 10 hours of flight. I ask them to change me some money for the taxi and they say that there is an atm near by at 5 minutes walk. Thank you sir, let me grab my child and walk for 5 minutes because we are not tired at all. After that, they asked me for a early checkin fee that was more than what I paid for the room itself. After getting mad (meanwhile they were laughing like they had a lunatic person in front of them) they said : ok 50 euros then. I have paid 50 euros (no receipt, no bill). At breakfast, average products, when I went for a coffee the waiter took the rests from my plate and put them in my child's plate. When i come to the table she was eating her stuff with my rests aside on her plate. I can’t imagine how this hotel is a 5 star hotel. I will make a complain also directly to them. The service is horrible, just horrible. You are so business oriented and not human oriented. I have changed the hotel after one night.
