Disconcerted to be allocated a twin-bed room when had booked a Kingsize bed as there was a possibility my husband would arrive on the second day. Checkin extremely slow which was annoying after an international flight Axis lounge bar service below par & extremely slow as noted by other reviewers Room comfort very good. Breakfast good variety Lift functioning as noted by many guests very inadequate but understand improvements are underway Good location & attached Mall has handy eateries & other facilities

Good if you have plenty of time and patience...
Well priced hotel with clean room but hard bed. Good location to KLCC. However... the elevator (Lift) system is ridiculous and needs addressing as it takes up to 15 minutes to get from high floor room to lobby when busy. Each level has 6 lifts but they are running on 2 seperate systems so everyone pushes both sets of call buttons. This means that the lift then stops at floors where people have already gotten into a lift. Over 4 days I was in the lifts about 10 times with all occupants getting progressively angry as we stopped at many floors for no reason. I raised it with Reception who gave the usual “We know Lah! Sorry”. It really needs fixing.
