The first room that was assigned to me had a terrible smell, and even when housekeeping did a room refresh, the problem was not resolved. I called the front desk and was reassigned a different room. A staff came up to the first room and handed me the key to the second one. The second room was much better. The hotel itself was generally clean, although there seemed to be a ventilation or carpeting issue since the first room and the hotel hallways smelt musty. The great thing about this hotel is its proximity to the malls where food and shopping are available.
