Good but not great.
Checkin brilliant, service excellent, top floor, room smaller than expected. Shower leaked, water pressure very weak, room a bit dusty on checkin but kept clean when requested. Had a 5 day stay. Shuttle buses great, wifi poor, pool available at sister hotel across the street. Supermarket close as was Starbucks. Breakfast overpriced so did not use.

Ideal business hotel
This hotel was perfect for what I needed. With a central location, it is easy to base yourself at the hotel for meetings in the surrounding areas of downtown Dubai. The staff were helpful, friendly and always available to help. It was exceptionally easy to get taxis from the hotel and there are good local amenities in the area. The rooms were standard and comfortable with plugs next to the bed (always a perk). The only downside is the hairdryers are terrible. They remind me of a vacuum cleaner from the 1980s. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

2 star out of five
The experience is awful. No bell boy. They guys at the reception are rude especially Aleealdin. He is talking to you like he wants to beat you. Overall hotel is clean rooms are average size. The reception and the check in awful. This makes the whole stay unsatisfied.

Everything ok except for the taxis.
Everything was good. But I was surprised that the hotel was allowing private (unmarked) taxis to 'take over' the guest taxi service. In Dubai these private taxis don't use their meters properly, and can sometimes charge over 2 times what it would cost by a metered Dubai Taxi. I found that the whole hotel courtyard was filled with these private taxi cars and drivers, who were not letting any space for metered Dubai Taxis, and as soon as a guest came out of the hotel to look for a taxi, they are immediately accosted by the private taxi rep (ostensibly wearing an official looking badge), with pressure tactics to take one of the private cars. The hotel security and doormen are nowhere to be found, and if found, they act dumb and lost. I heard that all the hotel employees are in on this racket and get paid by the 'private car' services. I literally had to walk outside the hotel premises to get a Dubai Taxi cab, which are easy to flag down and quite available outside on the roads. Very disappointed and leaves a bad mark for Dubai, as I can assume they are also working at other hotels the same way. Dubai Taxi is the best way to go around, even beating Uber in costs. (Uber is also infiltrated by these private taxis by the way).

Very disappointing
For saying its a relatively new hotel the bath room plumbing was terrible and the shower temperature was nothing but scalding water very rare to get cold water.
