Very clean and popping environment, comfortable and satisfied room, and super amicable and helpful staffs. You can deposit your luggage’s too if you arrive early/leave later. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I look forward to staying with them next time.

8/10 Very good

Our room was clean and modern and we especially loved the finishes in the bathroom and even the shower. The location is fantastic - walking distance to everything in downtown. Our concern with the property was with the staff who, aside from one gentleman in the evenings, were generally dismissive to our concerns and questions and didn't seem to care about our stay at the property. Otherwise, we loved our stay at the Ivy Boutique Hotel.

Great staff and easy check in/out. Room was very clean and spacious. The only observation/suggestion was there was no microwave. Otherwise, loved the vibe and location of The Ivy.

Location is great! It’s a nice neighborhood with lots of food places and parking garages nearby. The room felt a little small but we didn’t go there to be in the room so I can’t complain! It was very clean and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ivy Hotel! The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly clean, and the bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel. It was the perfect place to stay with my 6-year-old—comfortable, quiet, and within walking distance of so many attractions. We’d absolutely stay here again!

8/10 Very good

Lovely lady in reception who was friendly, and kind, helping with bags both when we arrived early and wanted to keep bags after check out. The room was MASSIVE and super comfy to relax in after a day out in the city. Toiletries could be better but bed, shower, couch all were great for our stay. Would recommend it if you want a good location with space
