Staff was great, and the room was incrrdible, spacious, massive bathroom with a good shower and bathtub. Location is great being a short walk from St Davids and a 5 minute drive from Cardiff Bay. If we cans back to cardiff, would be a no brainer to stay here

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some areas were a little tired but as the hotel had recently been taken over, it was being done up. Ideally situated within the city.

The staff didn't go out of their way to be welcoming. People at front desk sometimes seemed put out for having to be at work. Bar staff was helpful as were the housekeepers.

Very clean and spacious room, every you need for a nights stay, fridge in room which was handy as it was a warm day Ideal location for gigs/shows/shopping We paid £25 for 24 hours parking on site which is cheaper than any car parks in the area and very secure so weight off mind We didn’t have breakfast but it smelt good 👍 Great price and staff we very nice and helpful All in all we give this hotel a 10/10, perfect for a night away in Cardiff 💪

Absolutely beautiful hotel, this was not my original hotel, I booked here at very short notice due to our original hotel booking not being adequate given this majestic hotels was stunning! Bed was comfortable and a large space. Staff checked us in very quick and we was provided with information regarding the hotel. Location was so convient as we was attending a concert at utilita. Everything was in walking distance. Only confusion was parking and we ended up parking in Marriott.

Efficient check in, managed by a friendly member of staff. Booked room only, but were offered discounted breakfast at only £15 for 2 people. Seemed silly not to! Our room was on 15th floor. Good size. A bit sparse in terms of furniture - but it had everything you needed - I.e. sufficient cupboard, wardrobe space. Plenty of electric sockets - but a mirror at the desk area would have been beneficial. Well stocked tea/coffee tray. Added bonus of a fridge. Decent basic toiletries provided in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good considering the price. A great variety of foods - continental and cooked, and served to a good standard. Restaurant area was spacious and kept clean. I was actually surprised that a one night rate was considerably cheaper than the more commonly known chains. Given its location to the city, the bay and entertainment venues - I would certainly stay here again

Nice clean hotel close to city centre, double room was quite big and the bed was super king! Tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of storage and loads of electric sockets. Visited during recent heatwave and air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast was help yourself with a lot of choice from full English to continental. Car park was good, the only downside was the cost at £25 per 24 hrs. Would recommend.

Excellent overnight stay here. Air Con was spot on (we stayed during the heat wave), everything clean, also no street noise (in the middle of the city centre so could have been awful). Shower excellent too. Staff friendly. We didn’t eat here so can’t review that. Would recommend. We got a great rate also.

The Majestic (used to be the Raddison) is 5 mins from Cardiff Central station and 5 mins from the shopping centre so great location. Lobby/reception modern and clean, staff efficient and polite. Check in took a long time but there was a big event in Cardiff and hotel was full. The room was clean, basic but completely adequate for a one night stay. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. Overall not luxury but very good value for the price.

Stayed here for Take That show, short walk to town for pre drinks and then onto Stadium. Less than 1km walk back after show with the masses. Room clean, quiet and had everything required. Lovely full Welsh breakfast in morning and chatted to some of TT cast members also staying at Majestic Hotel! Only small gripe, could not book hotel parking in advance?!? So had to book elsewhere 15 min walk away. Would be great if we could sort that out???
