Perfect place to crash for 2 nights in town for meetings and live music. Great location, super easy getting in / out and helpful staff. There was a good bit of noise coming off the street on the Thursday morning that I stayed from trucks loading/unloading so something to be aware of but otherwise it was a great crashpad and the internet was solid, clean too!

Very convenient to Union Station for a work trip. I was able to store my luggage before check in and after check out. Super clean and updated. It was easy to come and go with entry code but when I did interact with staff they were very friendly and helpful! Would stay again.

Great and advance communication about when to expect to receive check in details. I was traveling internationally and coming into town late for this stay, so knowing what to expect and having responsive hosts was great. The property was nice, clean, and easy to access. Very convenient to blue line and union station. Near several nice offices as well. Loved that there was a kitchen and laundry, I’d return and stay again for those. Thanks!

We enjoyed our quick stay in a bright, updated and clean 2-bedroom with kitchen. The location was perfect for a quick stopover after arriving in Union Station on the Empire Builder. Beds were comfy, kitchen was helpful and there were several good take out options nearby - we chose Beggar’s Pizza. Being able to rest and refresh in such a comfortable and convenient spot after a 48 hour train ride was a welcome treat! I’d stay here again the next time I’m visiting my company’s nearby Chicago office.

My wife and I were visiting Chicago. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is in the center of West Loop. We loved that the apartment is renovated and had a kitchen/laundry. The staff was super attentive and check in was smooth. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

The room was awesome in every way, like a really nice extended stay place. The automated process with emails and door codes, etc. worked very well. But I did also appreciate having a staff person on site. Without a watchful eye, I could easily picture people taking advantage, i.e., lots of people in a room, parties, etc.. We did hear people having a good loud time in a nearby room, but they quieted down after a while, and we had a great night.

Unfortunately, too much went wrong to recommend this hotel. We booked a room with a queen bed and city view, but the bed was much smaller than a queen and the “view” was a dirty parking lot and a construction site. After we complained, staff apologized and said they’d move us the next morning. Instead, they later said they were fully booked and offered a $100 refund. On checkout day, we were told we could store our luggage in the lockers and access them for up to 12 hours after our 11 a.m. checkout. When we returned two hours later, our building code no longer worked and we were locked out until a staff member let us in. Staff then told us guests normally aren’t allowed back inside after checkout, which completely contradicted what customer service had told us. The location is convenient and easy to get around from, but the poor communication, misleading room description, and lack of coordination made this stay not worth it.

Location - Awesome - 5 stars Safety - Poor - No body up front, allows people with food in unchecked. No Parking with in .4 Miles - They did not tell us no parking for cars. Had to walk .4 miles for parking. It's AirBnB, not a hotel. Girl on her phone sitting by the stairs is the check in crew. She is only their for a few hours in the afternoon.
