Basically clean, saw a few roaches but it is Florida. Very convenient location for a quick inexpensive Disney trip to attend MNSSHP. This is a hidden gem in Orlando.

Had a wonderful stay at this location, which was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, Disney parks, Universal Studios and the Convention Center. The renovated rooms were great and felt like home away from here. The staff and service were great. I have no complaints and will be planning to stay there when I’m in the area again!!
