Great pool property
Lovely hacienda style hotel. Beautiful gardens and plants and great heated pool.Some of the rooms are dated but very clean and charming. The staff are pleasant happy and courteous. The property is located in centro very close to the paroquia. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good complementary breakfast.

Beautiful indoor pool/garden area. Rooftop sitting areas with great views. Comfortable bed. Bathroom tiles a bit worn down or broken but not a deal breaker. This was a quaint and well located hotel and exactly what we needed. The pool is heated and there is a very lovely courtyard to relax in. We also really loved the breakfast on site.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hacienda de las Flores. It is admittedly an older property, but the garden area with its swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are a bit tired...especially the bathroom, but very comfortable. The view of San Miguel from the roof deck is panoramic. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The woman who served us breakfast every morning was pleasant and warm and caring. The location is in the Centro and just up the hill from the Parroquia. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and the parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Where's the hot water?
The first 2 nights, the water was great but it was barely lukewarm the last 2 days. I could never get anyone to get my bag, so after waiting 50 minutes, I tried to bring them down myself. One bag fell down the steps and is noy broken.
