AVOID. Unsafe
Bulletproof glass around check-in desk should give you an idea of the quality. Saw multiple people continously coming and going from the same room, and to the two parked Escalades with their motors running on the back side of the property. Clearly appreared like illegal activity going on. Did not feel safe and left immediately. Whatever was going on at this place wasn't anything we wanted any part of. Informed the front desk that we would not be staying. Clerk was extremely rude and would not issue a refund.

This is a clean and convenient motel near downtown Doylestown. We have stayed here twice. It is older, but very clean. A great location at a reasonable price.

Although the location is within a three minute drive to downtown Doylestown and it is quite convenient, the cleanliness of this hotel is very poor. Our room smelled of mildew and the bathroom sink was broken and did not drain properly. The carpet was so dirty that the bottom of my socks became black after walking around the room. The vending machine even distributed the wrong beverage. It was a very disappointing experience and we regret choosing this hotel.
