Be ready to wait about an hour to check in also no signs about having to sign waivers but you do . Had a 2 bedroom and size was great but if you close your door the room gets HOT bring a fan . Also CHECK the room we found no soap in dispensary, empty coffee packet and by the bed an open condom ..check the room! Try to stay on 3rd floor because only 2 elevators working and they have 6 floors so you’ll be waiting

Our stay here was a great experience. Cleanly environment, friendly staff….only complaint is that EVERYTHING SO EXPENSIVE!! We went off the resort often for food and drinks. Otherwise, great experience.

The breakfast at Hemisphere was great. Plenty of options and all fresh. The best dinner experience was at Trails. We had a wonderful time. Food was incredible. Then we had dessert around the fire pit outside, because the weather was great. Our server was definitely the best. Much kudos to her.

We stayed 1 night. Booked a double queen bed room with a balcony. The room was clean and well kept. The water park was clean and towels were always available. The showers and changing rooms were clean. The bar/pool area was located perfectly near the pool. Everyone was super respectful. The waterslides were alot of fun, no insane long lines I would definitely recommend to families with older children.

To set the table, you arrive to a massive parking lot that's completely full of cars and you park about 400 yards away from the entrance. Then you finally get inside and wait in a line for 30 minutes to check in. It's a dog friendly hotel, and has an indoor water park, so you spend a lot of time wondering if puddles and wet spots in the carpet are dog urine or a spot where someone was drip drying. There are very few elevators in the building and directional signage isn't great, so you spend a lot of time walking the wrong direction down extraordinary long corridors and hallways. The policy is very strict about ID'ing guest before service them alcohol, you get a wristband once you've been id'ed, but they should really make this part of the check-in process because now if you want to have a drink at the swim-up bar in the waterpark, you need to bring your wallet , either leave it unattended or rent a locker for it, rather then leave it in your hotel room before you change into your swimsuit. The restaurant is fine, and the service is good. I don't mean to seem snobby, but for the money you spend on this hotel, the overall quality should just be better.

Breakfast buffet was great lots of options. Room was clean but the bathroom needed some tlc. Family friendly with the waterpark included, escape room, bumper cars, VR, and arcade, spring break was packed and took us 3.5 hours to get a room after 4pm check in but the manager was nice and gave us some arcade cards as well and removed our parking fee. Food is a little pricey so plan accordingly. Many places around to eat besides the restaurant in the hotel.

Cons: Bathroom smells mildewy. No housekeeping unless requested. Check in line was 1 hour and 20 minutes long. Pros: Fun experience overall. Stores and food options. Towels at waterpark. Skiing, snowtubing, and waterpark available.

Room was clean , staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly but not one in particular who I spoke to over the phone by the name of “Mildred”. Extremely rude and poor customer service. Breakfast was a little pricey but everything we needed was inside the resort so it was well worth it.

Overall nice resort, checking in was easy. Poor birthday package management by staff. What was suppose to be a surprise upon arrival on my sister's birthday, ended up being ruined and received the day after her birthday. The attempt to coordinate this took over a week with the run around by staff.

Way too expensive on every level. Room had a price I prepaid. Got to hotel and had to pay $55 more. Then had to pay $25 parking fee (in a lot that is only theirs). Put a $100 hold on funds which I haven't gotten back yet Restaurant ( I think it was called Trail and Pines) was poorly run. Manager in the back treating people horribly that could be heard at the bar. Took a very long time for food with no explanation or apology. $100 spent for two people on food that took us an hour to get. Liz, Katie, and Brandon were great in the restaurant. Leah was great at check in. Water park is for kids or daring people, not a person that just want to enjoy a day. Only wave pool and lazy river. Not a good experience after a rough weekend working at the raceway.

Camelback is a solid winter destination, great skiing, fun snow tubing, and our room had a beautiful view of the slopes. The whole mountain experience was worth it. Two things held it back though. The waterpark slides and stairs were visibly rusted, which is a real safety concern with kids. And a simple balloon request for my son had to be asked multiple times and never felt prioritized, small thing, but it matters. Great potential, just needs better maintenance and guest service attention to detail.

I stayed in the Family Condos. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms. 1 room has 2 queens and the second has a king size bed. Theirs a living room with a sofa which I think is a pullout bed, a small table with 2 chairs and a small couch chair. TV’s in each room. You get a Microwave small fridge and sink area. Theirs always staff cleaning the facility. I love that the room key is your wrist band. Please be aware that parking is $25 a night and resort fee and tax will get charged from the deposit you make which is $400. Theirs 3 restaurants inside the actual resort hotel, the food is basic nothing wow. If you don’t mind driving theirs restaurant right outside the resort that are better and cheaper. You are allowed to bring food from the outside into the hotel which helps with budget. The hotel is very expensive and the arcade will have you spending money on the kids. You get full access to the waterpark all day each day of your stay. The outlets are right down the road. Overall we had a great time. I will say the rooms are outdated and the couches were dirty but at least you can google cast from your devices to any tv and the WiFi worked great!
