Very clean, great kitchen/cooking area, didn’t use the pool but had a great pool area. Good size bathroom. Even though was a virtual check in. The staff on sight were very helpful. Once we figured out where to go & what to do it was very simple. Short walk to the Benchmark Arena for our game. Great stay!!!!

Very loud right next to the expressway absolutely no view just traffic and noise. Additionally, there is no parking so you have to find locations around Tampa. We spent over $70 parking with just a one night stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and well-maintained.

Great place to stay, well priced with its own kitchenette, so you can eat in or out. It also has it's own laundry facilities in the room (though I didn't use those). Very close to the downtown area and less expensive than many of the local hotels. I'd stay there again.

This was my first time staying in the area and my stay was so much more than I had hoped for that I am currently seeking permanent residency there. The location, the view, the ability to walk to all of the attractions and necessities was by far unbelievable. Beautiful property, great staff. Location and appeal of the entire atmosphere was by far the best I've ver experienced. I recommend the Mint House to anyone looking for the full Tampa experience. Absolutely breath taking.

We had a great stay at The Mint House in Tampa! The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bed was amazing. One thing we especially loved was the AC! The room got incredibly cold, which is exactly how we like it. The only disappointing part of our stay was how the staff handled an issue with our dog. We stepped out briefly and received a text that he was making noise. We immediately responded and headed back, arriving within about 10 minutes. Despite letting the staff know we were on our way, we continued receiving multiple messages, including threats of a $500 fine and being kicked out of the hotel. I completely understand that noise complaints need to be addressed, and we took the situation seriously. However, the repeated messages and threats felt unnecessary, especially since we responded immediately and were actively handling the situation. I think the staff could have approached it with a little more understanding and professionalism. Aside from that experience, everything about the property was fantastic. We'd absolutely consider staying again and hope the communication around situations like this can be improved.
