The Front Desk staff was nice. Room was old and worn. Halls smelled of marijuana in a non smoking hotel. Bathroom was not clean. Bed was comfy and cable was spotty. The parking lot was terrible, full of potholes, garbage laying around. The ‘free’ breakfast…don’t even bother.

One the worst places I have stayed. It did not even have a sign board to recognize. Listed address takes you to a cross section of roads and no signs to identify made it difficult to find the place. Half the lights in the room were not working. Parking lot full of potholes. Everything looks dirty or broken. Staff were helpful though.

When we first saw the property...it looked abandoned and the road in needs serious attention. It was once a Ramada and is now a property in transition. The front desk was very helpful & friendly. The bed was pillow top & quite comfortable. No hand towels, kleenex or shampoo. Excellent price. It was well worth what we paid. I would stay here again, Lots of parking. Only 5 miles away from Wolf Rd restaurants (Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse etc). No coffee makers in room and have to wait until 7am when breakfast opens.

Its basically a pass over lay-way before you cross into hell. The best feature was a bed so you could sleep for the night. Even tho the walls are paper thin and you can hear all the ghosts and gouls, at least u can get 3 hours of sleep. Hopefully you wont need wifi, it barely works. Hallelujah, despite the massive pot holes outside, the pealing wall paper, cracked outlets, busted doors, one single outlet in the room thats usable, oh and the best ever breakfast that a starving Ethiopian child could ever want! It took us a while to find the hotel because the adress didn't bring us to the right place. Our room had a smell to it that was unpleasant and we could hear everything outside the hotel from our window. The bed was comfortable.

Don’t stay in this pig sty place! Everything is awful, beginning with the parking lot full of potholes. In the room there were broken/chipped furniture, torn lamp shades, and no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom pumps ready for the guests. The breakfast is totally epic! There’s a specially designed person who gives only one cup of coffee, two boiled eggs, and two pieces of bread per person! No juices, yogurts, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter and jam, or muffins which are usual items for the continental breakfasts! Nothing! And even the toaster for bread was broken. Never saw such a dilapidated place with nothing good to say about. Asked to pass my complaints to the management. Pretty sure it wasn’t done and nothing will be changed. Stay away!
