Everything was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, etc. Air con was on all night and controls to turn off or down...did not sleep

I only stayed here for one night. A few boys were laughing and talking loudly, repeatedly opening and closing the door until the early morning. It was incredibly noisy, which made it impossible for me to sleep and directly disrupted my plans for the next day. Other aspects are fine; each floor has a kitchen and refrigerator, which is very convenient. If we can ensure that these students are not so noisy, it would still be a good option.
