Loved Whistler and the location and friendly staff
Loved the area was super easy to get around. Safe were very friendly and very helpful in every way. Got there early but let us go up to our room which was great after a 14 hour flight and a 2 hour drive. Only problem for me is that the bed was quite soft for me. But loved everything else!

Good value accommodation in the Village
Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. Would be enhanced by either having a dining room On site or basic self catering facilities (crockery, cutlery) so that we could do our own breakfast.

Comfortable and easy stay
The rooms are fairly sized however would recommend getting more than the basic room if you have more than 1 bag per person as it can get tight in there. Apart from that, their service overall was really good and the location is ideal, being situated right next the village but not right in the middle (less noise this way).

Great weekend getaway!
Great hotel... comfortable room. Some road noise early morning but not too bad. Front desk staff was amazingly helpful!!! Great weekend getaway!

Good but lacking a little.
Not sure how others are dealing with the pandemic but the hotel stated that they weren't able to clean our rooms during our stay. The whole time it felt a little bit disjointed. The beds were older so you could actually feel the body mold of the previous people in it, very weird and a little gross when I think about it. Our stay overall was fun in Whistler just lacked some expected amenities from the hotel. Everyone was super friendly though, especially Tyler who had such a warm and friendly attitude when we first arrived, superb feeling after driving for 3 hours. I would stay again.

The bathroom door should have been wiped off better. It was filthy but looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth perhaps with cleanser in it and then possibly not dried. I used a wash cloth to wipe it down again and due to Covid, recleaned all the high touch areas for my own piece of mind, though everything else seemed pretty clean.

Comfy Digs Near Whistler Village
The room was exactly as expected; basic, but clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and the area around the hotel was stunning. Very easy to walk into the Whistler Village and wander around. They were dog friendly, and I was able to bring my dog, and my partner brought his, so there were 4 of us in the room and didn't feel at all cramped. The staff were welcoming and kind, and they were helpful and understanding with certain requests, like accommodating my van up front because it was too tall for their underground parking. The pool area was restricted to certain time slots because of covid 19, and I noticed the pictures of the fire pit by the pool was a little different and seemed smaller... but a lot of other hotels have shut their pools altogether, so I appreciated what was available. The hot tub was mostly where I spent my time, and it was great. Overall, a great stay. Might try somewhere different next time I'm in Whistler, or upgrade my room.
