8/10 Very good

I was only there for a few hours each night. The location is great. It’s close to a lot of cool Chicago spots near millennium park. The building could use some upkeep, but not bad for the price. Aesthetically unpleasant though, mostly outside since the location in general attracts homeless and rats after hours, nothing too unusual for a huge city.
