Fantastic luxurious hotel within walking distance of the port and old town. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, great shower, very helpful friendly staff.

Acro staff and facilities were exceptional! We loved our 5 night stay. The rooms are private, all with full sea view & excellent design features. Breakfast each day was great with plenty of options. All staff were very kind and attentive. Like everywhere in Greece, coffee isn’t great. We’d recommend an expresso with hot milk on the side (took 3 days to figure this out !). I loved staying here. Food was great, staff were warm and friendly. The music at night was very loud however.

Great hotel. Modern, clean and great facilities. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a large variety of dishes.

Great hotel only thing lacking is night time entertainment and the beach was shared with public very rockie views were fantastic

When we checked in we were graciously upgraded to a suite in another building with access to another resort and pool. All the staff were very friendly in all areas which made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was included which was great. Close to the beach, handy supermarket and bus stop to Heraklion centre and airport.

The staff were amazing. Always friendly and helpful. I could not praise them highly enough. The restaurant is top rate and definitely worth coming back for. The pools area was very nice but a little more sun protection would have been nice. The only area lacking was the maintenance. My toilet hardly flushed and the hand basin was cracked and leaked.

Had a lovely week. We were on B&B terms although most of the hotel seemed to be on an all inclusive basis. Breakfasts were ok, reasonable selection, seen worse. We had quiet rooms in a annex up the hill from the main hotel. Just as well as the permanent disco music blaring out around the main pool would have been very disturbing. We had to ask the hotel staff to do a few minor things but they responded well. Great views across the bay.
