Magical, beautiful, perfect! I thought properties, staff and experiences like this were a thing of the past. It will be very difficult to stay anywhere else, at all, and not feel dissapointed! I want to bring everyone I know and care about to The Willows, so they can experience the perfection!

Incredible. Worth every penny and that often is not the case at other hotels. My only complaint is about the mattress which wasn't bad but you could tell it was old and very worn in.

Out of the way hotel, very pleasant. It didn’t even feel like I was in a hotel, rooms don’t come with a number, you get a real key to enter. Staff was amazing and very friendly. It felt like a pleasant living experience more than a hotel. I recommend it for adults who want a different flavor in staying somewhere. Highly recommended.

Recently discovered this beautiful hotel that exudes Old World charm. The property has an inviting trail offering amazing views of Downtown Palm Springs. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, spend your day enjoying the lush grounds, tranquil common areas, the serene waterfall, and abundant birdlife. Warm hospitality from the friendliest and most accommodating staff that truly made it a memorable stay. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast surrounded by lush gardens and vibrant blooms. From its intimate ambiance to its impeccable service, The Willows is a one-of-a-kind experience where every detail is designed to rejuvenate, inspire, and transport you.

This place is a hidden gem. Off the main drag, but walking distance to everywhere. Small but Fantastic grounds. The Einstein room was perfect. The Willows is on the upper end of the hotel price, but it is so worth it. When you figure in the included wine and hors d'oeuvres and then the included delicious breakfast, then your actual room cost isn't so high. Place is romantic for couples and probably not the best for kids (they would be bored). Room was well appointed and there are some welcome snacks in the room as well as in the mini fridge. The staff was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this boutique hotel to anyone.
