After booking and receiving confirmation The staff spoke to me like I was a burden Arrived at the hotel only to be told they were fully booked and I would need to pursue a refund from the booking platform and after a conversation they offered me a room and said I’d need to pay again!! As they changed the wording to were fully booked of that category of rooms So they charged me $192.00 plus a 200 bond This is after already paying 179.00 to the booking platform I have stayed here 25x in the last year and never had an issue like this Never been charged a bond either and never been spoken to like me booking was a burden. They refused to match the price I’d already paid and they also refused to cancel it on their side So for one night I have paid They have also not refunded the bond and I’m still out of pocket both times I paid the room ! They are clearly trying to cut the booking fee out and doing so at the guests expense. I really did like this property and they use to be a great place and easy check in process….. what happened !!!!
