There are two sections in the hotel - the regular main building and Family Paradise. Family Paradise was great for a family of four in terms of standard and facilities whereas the main building was more of a cruise ship feeling that needs maintenance and some charm added to it! Overall we were satisfied once we moved to the Family Paradise section. Breakfast in the same area was good but overall the food experience was poor.

We have had a wonderful 8 days at Grand Mirage. Great room, quiet overlooking the gardens and fish pond. Cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The staff are very welcoming and friendly always offering big smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the adults only infinity pool 💕 all inclusive was great all the food and drink you can eat, choice of restaurants and bars. It did get busier towards the last couple of days and there were lots of families. It seems very family friendly. We would definitely return

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The lazy river was good fun use the life vest the donuts are slow. The recent renovation are great and really updates the hotel.
