Staff very professional and attentive, the room itself was immaculate! Great vibe in the bar. We were there as a big party with the bridal party, and mother/father of both the bride and groom, as well as many close family friends. We all had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel made our break in Newcastle extra special. The decor is very stylish and luxurious both in the reception and bar areas and the bedrooms. We had a wonderful view of the river and the Millennium bridge from our window and everything in the room from the pictures, bed linen, easy chairs and lovely window blinds and curtains was elegant and stylish. The large bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was wonderful too, with a bath, a large walk-in shower and huge bath sheets and towels and nice toiletries. There was tea & coffee making facilities, with milk in the fridge along with bottles of water. All the staff we spoke to were charming, friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are visiting family in Newcastle.
