Everything was perfect!
Staying after working for an event in the city & decided to stay in the quay. Malmaison is lovely- beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom. The bar is great with a huge choice of beverages, the barman took time to chat and ask about your day. Breakfast was great! Staff at breakfast were really friendly, chatty and attentive.

Its going through a refurbishment, well overdue.
Arrived 2.35pm, although i had applied for an upgrade, no rooms available till 3pm.
My room upgade was bridge view, unfortunately on the second floor and a large tree directly in front, we didn't actually have any bridge view orher than its very dirty top.

Woken at 4:40am in the morning by the sound of glass being emptied from bins for about ten minutes. Did not go to sleep for other lorry / truck noises.
Lovely staff at breakfast but I was so exhausted I couldn’t eat much.
