Awful. Avoid. I can't express how terrible this company is - it's a complete basket case. We booked a double room with private bathroom at OYO Lime Grove and received a confirmation of this by email. Weeks later, we checked our booking online to find the details had changed - a double room with shared bathroom at OYO Oban Victoria (apparently the same building with a different name). We phoned and spoke to a very unhelpful person who seemed to be experiencing their first ever phone call. We decided to keep our booking and make the best of it, for practical reasons. The hotel requested that we pay in advance via their online portal and also upload a copy of our passport, which we did. On the day of check in, we received confirmation codes and door entry codes whilst travelling to london. An hour later we received an email (addressed to Julia, whoever she is) saying '...due to some unfortunate circumstances we are unable to accommodate your booking... we've initiated a refund which will reach you in 7 to 14 days..." I phoned them immediately and they were unable to give me a reason for the cancellation. Their website and expedia etc continued to show that they had ample availability, in all of their hotels across central London, at a now higher price. We arrived in London in the dark, but were lucky to find alternative accom'n elsewhere at a similar price. The refund arrived the following morning, but they now have all our details including a copy of our passports.
