The room had a strong urine odor throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the female staff member at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude — her attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The hotel was clean when we got there and looked great but it smelled like old wet mop and chemicals. Our room was spotless but someone started smoking in an adjacent room causing us to smell it all night. They offered a lesser room but we were already in our PJs and in bed and unpacked when this happened so instead of figuring out who was smoking they gave us room spray. it was a really bad experience and we were flooded with light through the blinds all night and the heater/AC unit was ridiculously loud. This hotel went above and beyond. I paid a cash deposit and left with out remembering to get it back. They mailed it to me within days. They contacted me, and made sure I got My money. Honest people! Clean hotel. Snacks, coffee. Close to everything Hollywood.

Staff was wonderful, and my stay was comfortable. I felt safe despite the proximity to Hollywood blvd. Good location if you need to be close to Hollywood, amenities were updated and kept clean. My only reason for the 4 stars is very thin walls, I could hear my neighbor on the phone early in the morning quite clearly but with some earplugs it’s a very good value for the price and very convenient. I’d stay here again!

Parking was expensive and price varied depending on which staff member you talked to. Surrounding area was filled with homeless.. but that's Hollywood. They kept the property well lit at night and very close to Hollywood blvd. Overall a very nice place for the price.
