Very good stay, but..
For the most part very satisfactory. Located near a Target for getting supplies. For the most part clean. So much of the outdoor portion is asphalt so unless every guest removes their shoes before entering, a black residue gets tracked in. As a result, the floors are dirty. We had our dogs with us so periodically we had to wipe up an accident with the peeped pads and the paper wiped up the dirt. The floors need more than a damp mop between guests.

Nice but we won't stay there again. AC vent issue
We had to wait 10 minutes (at a very tired 2AM) to check in because they were "closing out the register". I asked why he didn't just ready our card before that. Answer: "Some people just don't show". Me: "But it's non-refundable - feel free to give us a free upgrade for the inconvenience (since you won't use it anyway, it's 2AM)". Him: --- no response --- So I had to wait because he didn't want to expend the effort "unnecessarily", even though they got payment in full. Also; the ceiling AC vent is positioned DIRECTLY over the foot of the bed bed, blowing on us all night. I had to rig up a hand towel on the ceiling vent to divert it. Other than that, it's a really nice place. Very high end considering the rate and location!

Booked the unit with the loft for 5 adults for 2nights. The hotel was easy to get to from LAX and the room was great for families since there’s a stovetop and unit has dishes. The 2 beds were enough 4 adults but one of us had to sleep on the sofa. Only compliant is that the wifi rarely worked for us.
