Whilst the hotel is beautiful, rooms are dark and dated. Breakfast coffee is not good which is a real shame as the coffee you order from the bar and restaurant is very nice! Beds ultra comfy and the air con in the rooms is perfect. If you have a late shower, water not hot enough! Overall a good hotel, but room for improvement.

Fantastic breakfast accommodating for vegan diet with special requests arranged with no extra charge, amazing fresh fruit and really kind staff. The hotel could do with some refurbishment in the rooms but everywhere else the facilities are great and clean. Some prices in the restaurants are quite high for Bali within the resort but you can walk for 10 minutes to the shopping centre where there are great and authentic restaurants with much better prices. Overall we had a great stay.

The staff are very friendly and there is a lot on offer in the hotel, but the rooms and facilities are very dated. The hotel is doing renovations in the exteriors, but the rooms need to be renovated too. We had many rooms amongst our family and each had shortcomings in terms of hot water and the power control. The beach is lovely, but the water is dirty - it’s not the hotel’s fault though. Breakfast has a large variety but as per other reviews it is very loud

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, food was like a dream came true. Super fast service and easy to reach. Exactly got the service what I was looking on my holidays in Bali.
