This place was very close to the historic district. It had a small fridge in room for a few items. It was clean, the room and the common areas, and the room was a good size. The kitchenette area had a kettle, some dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker, and a sink. The walls were a bit thin and noise carried easily. There are two bathrooms, one has a shower stall and the other has a full tub, where I only found the tub room on the last day of my stay. The instructions to enter the property were easy to follow. This property is a short walk of about 20 minutes from the train station and was very safe. There is an Aldi nearby. I would stay here again.

Shared bathroom and shower, you hear all other guests entering/exiting their rooms and going to the bathroom. Not really AC in the room, was very hot in the evening. At some point it was turned on.

PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. IN A GREAT POSITION FOR THE TOWN. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS WORK BEING DONE ON THE BUILDING ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR WHICH STARTED AT 8AM WITH LOUD DRILLING - NOT GOOD IF YOU WERE WANTING A LIE IN AND A RELAXING STAY. DIDNT AFFECT OUR STAY AS WE WERE LEAVING AFTER ONE NIGHT.

What a fantastic little B&B! Excellent location, 15 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes to Piazza Bra for the Arena. Fabio was a great host! Contact him the day before arrival to arrange for him to meet you at the B&B, a very seamless process. He provided excellent tips during check in on restaurants etc. Try Bella Napoli a 10 minute walk from the hotel for great Napoli pizza. All in all I will definitely use this, and recommend to friends and family they do, on future visits to Verona! Thanks again Fabio

Well priced and good location.
we booked this b&b for one night due to its reasonable price. We easily walked there from the bus station and we arrived 2 hours before check in. The owner was more than happy to look after our bags while we went out to see the sights. It is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Verona so location is excellent. Rooms are extremely clean and you can help yourselves to hot drinks from the kitchen anytime. We ate breakfast at the table and chairs in our room. Although the bathrooms were shared there are two between only a few rooms so one was always free. Only negative was the noise as we returned Sunday evening a bar downstairs had come to life!!!! We were still awake so it wasn't really a problem and ended at 11. May not be good if you have young children though. Overall a welcoming clean b & b at bargain price. A perfect base for visiting Verona On a budget.

Greatest little gem to stay at in Verona
This little gem was way above our expectations. There are 2 bathrooms to share among 4-5 rooms so the shared bathroom does not really feel like a shared one but more like a private one across the hall. The whole place has a very cosy feeling, it is clean and the host who met us was very kind and helpful. The best thing is the breakfast - there are even some little snacks in the room for you to have whenever you want and for breakfast there is a great variety of food and drink that you can take from at leisure and enjoy in your room. The quality of cleanness and breakfast can be measured against big hotels. Definitely strongly recommended!
