This vintage motel isn’t much to look at from outside, but my recently renovated room, though compact, was clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. As a senior, I appreciated the relatively bright bathroom lighting and the grab bar and non-slip floor in the shower. The on-site parking is very convenient, though the spaces are tight. The neighborhood is safe, and dozens of restaurants and bars, a CVS, and a Target are all within an easy walk.

I liked how although it was a motel, the rooms were in sections and you needed to have a key to access your room so not just anyone could get to the room. That and the gate around the motel made me feel safe.

For location and quality of rooms, I would highly recommend this establishment. The only downside to our stay is that the walls of the rooms were very thin and we could easily hear people opening doors, talking, and walking at all hours of the night. If you have earplugs, then no worries.
