Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Could possibly update the doors in each room. It was difficult to close fully without straining hard and when traveling with toddlers/babies we found it hard to make naptime seamless.

Reservation

Reservation was not reserve, rooms were sold out and we had no were to go at 1am in the morning. The clerk had to call the other property manager to get us a room. Thanks God they were next door to each other.

Pool hours 12-5??

Staff was amazing, food good, room awesome, housekeeping staff was amazing. very upset with pool hours. Didn't get to relax in pool at all the entire vacation. Pool hours were 12-5. The breakfast tables need warning signs or the table legs painted yellow. Tripped over them 3 times, witness others tripping over them, and 1 lady actually fell to the ground and had to be helped up by other hotel guests. The legs stick out farther than the table tops so be aware.

The room is like a studio apartment. Big fridge with freezer, microwave, and stove. They also provide plates bowls cups and utensils. They are also pet friendly at an extra cost. Staff is great and pool is nice. The area is nice with the highway nearby. Ridge hill and cross county shopping centers are also nearby.
