Does the room in the pictures even exist?
Decent NYC hotel - as usual, the room you get is nothing like the room you see in the pictures, which looks light and airy, in reality the room is very dark with almost no natural light. I don’t know why I bother looking at the room configs anymore, you never get what you book. Another one to add to the list of ‘meh’

Clean, crisp rooms, lovely bathrooms. Great shower set up. Love the 27th floor overlooking the city and a great view of the Chrysler Building. Near one Vanderbilt and The Summit and the East Riverscape. Grand Central right next door. Our third time there. Walk to Broadway. What’s not to like?

Very nice boutique hotel. My wife Bly complain is the AC. It is too loud and fan continues working with Auto settings even though the temperature is at its setting already. Would stay there again.

Would like to be greeted when arriving. Would like coffee tray to be replenished before our stay. (One stirrer, one sweetener) for 2 people. No working outlets or charging near beds. Also need a full length mirror. For over $400 a night a little disappointing .

A nice stay
Positive: The hotel is well situated, the staff was nice and the price was ok for New York. The free water bottles are really useful in summer. The room was confortable, clean et quiet. We add the option to leave our luggage at the reception the day of the check out. Negative: I didn't like the self check in. It was confusing and unconfortable with all the luggage. The parking is 3-4 streets away and with no in and out option. The room was a bit small with a side of the bed cramped almost against the wall. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our trip and the hotel.
